WE may send several RESUMES to a HIRING MANAGER or we may send one. As a rule in recruiting, we only have time to re-do RESUMES that we know would otherwise be thrown away. At least half the time, we then receive an email saying the HIRINNG MANAGER wants all RESUMES coming to them like the ones we re-did.
Candidates are often turned down that are best for the job because HIRING MANAGERS will not read a RESUME in the wrong form.
